CHICAGO-Thor Equities LLC has determined to sell a retailproperty on State Street. The New York-based company has tappedMid-America Real Estate Corp. of Oakbrook Terrace to sell the105,000-square-foot property at 28-36 S. State St.

A Real Estate Alert report stated that the property could drawbids of almost $60 million. A venture of Thor bought 26-34 S. Statein late 2002 for about $5 million. A separate affiliate purchased36 S.
