LONDON-Mercer Real Estate Partners and Peakside Capital haveconfirmed the Playtech's office lease at 80 Hammersmith Road.Playtech has leased 13,850 square feet at the six-story buildingsituated in the center of Hammersmith.
Under the terms of the deal, the tenant will take two floors ofthe Hammersmith Road building, which contains 41,700 square feet ofoffice space.
