Sunset Development is the owner of the building.PG&E already occupies a 250,000-square-foot space in a nearbybuilding situated at 6121 Bollinger Canyon Road. The firm inked thelease for the 6121 Bollinger Canyon Road space in March 2012 toaccommodate a gas control center.
