WASHINGTON, DC-Norman Jemal, Principal of Douglas DevelopmentCorp., has secured a $93-million financing for a portfolio ofChinatown properties. Bethesda-based Walker & Dunlop Inc.arranged the financing for Douglas Development.
Walker & Dunlop arranged a $55-million financing fromDeutsche Bank for a section of the properties, including 425 7thSt. NW and 800 F St. NW. RBS Citizens will provide a $38-millioninterim financing for 726-738 7th St. NW and 704-718 7th St. NW.Walker & Dunlop's Sandor Biderman led the deal.
