Christopher Fifield's Chicago-based Fifield Construction &Realty LLC has reached a contract to purchase the empty land forthe 63-unit project for an undisclosed price. The property iscurrently owned by Kenneth Koskinski. Fifield Construction willpresent its plans for the project to the East Village Associationmembers.
