NEW YORK CITY-Perry Ellis International is expanding andconsolidating its women's brands at 530 Seventh Ave. The companyhas converted two subleases totaling 39,000 square feet into directleases and signed a new direct lease for 18,500 square feet at theSavitt Partners-owned building to house its Rafaella division.
