CHICAGO-ShopperTrak RCT Corp. is relocating its corporateheadquarters from 200 W. Monroe St. to Willis Tower at 233 S.Wacker Drive. The company has signed a lease for 52,450 square feetof space on the 41st floor of the 110-story tower.
Willis Tower is owned by New York investors Joseph Moinian andJoseph Chetrit and Skokie-based American Landmark Properties Ltd.The tenant was represented in the lease by Chicago-based Jones LangLaSalle Inc. and the owners were represented by Chicago-based U.S.Equities Realty LLC.
