POOLER, GA-Ben Carter, an Atlanta-based developer, is planningto construct a 560,000-square-foot outlet mall near Savannah inPooler. The Savannah Morning News reported that the developer isplanning to open The Outlet Mall of Georgia in summer 2014 and willaccommodate four anchor stores, a variety of shops and a foodcourt.
The 170-acre site will also provide another half-million squarefeet for hotel and retail construction. The projected $200-millionproject is expected to start in spring. For the full story, goto Atlanta Business Chronicle .
