WASHINGTON, DC-Bethesda, Maryland-based Berkeley Point CapitalLLC has arranged $74.75 million in refinancing for The Woodner, a1,072-unit apartment complex in Washington, DC's Mount Pleasantneighborhood. The multifamily property contains two 13-storybuildings totaling 524,440 square feet.

Tower A and Tower B are listed as 3636 16th St., NW and 364016th St. NW, respectively. Each building is owned by separate butaffiliated entities of The Woodner Co.
