HOUSTON-The Hanover Co. is planning to start construction on a29-story residential tower, named Hanover Post Oak, in the Galleriaarea. The tower will come up on a 1.2-acre land at the 21-acre BlvdPlace mixed-used development on the southwest corner of San Felipeand Post Oak Lane.
The apartment building will comprise 355 units designed bySolomon Cordwell Buenz, a Chicago-based architectural firm.Construction is expected to start in Q1 2013 and apartments will beready by Q3 2014. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
