MIAMI-According to Daily Business Review, Holland & Knighthas inked a lease renewal for seven years with an extension optionfor six years in Miami's Brickell region. As per the deal, thelegal firm will occupy a 98,000-square-foot space on five floors ofthe building situated at 701 Brickell Avenue. This lease makes thefirm the second-largest tenant of the building.
