CAMBRIDGE, MA-Boston Properties is planning to build housingunits in Cambridge. Bryan Koop and David Stewart from BostonProperties unveiled their plans last week for a 22-storyresidential tower in Kendall Square to the East Cambridge PlanningTeam.
The 200,000-square-foot project will come up on Ames Street,behind the Cambridge Center. Boston Properties has to purchase apiece of land from the city before starting work on the project.Construction is expected to start in 2014 and will be completed in2016.
