SAN JOSE, CA-A $68-million mixed-use development in San Jose'smidtown will start within weeks as the developer has closed on aconstruction loan for the project. Republic Urban Properties andSan Jose-based Barry Swenson Builder are ready to startconstruction on a 3.5-acre parcel at 1400 West Carlos St.
