CHICAGO-Workspring has inked a lease for a 13,000-square-footspace at the Inland Steel Building situated at 30 E. Monroe Street.The company, which provides short-term space for events, meetings,and work, will launch its second location in the historic buildingin January 2013. In the lease, Dougal Jeppe of Cushman &Wakefield Inc.'s Chicago office brokered for the tenant, while MBReal Estate negotiated for the landlord.
