NEW YORK CITY-Young & Rubicam, which housed its headquartersin a 340,000-square-foot space at 3 Columbus Circle last year, hasexpanded its operations there. Brand Union, a unit of Y&Rparent WPP, has leased 34,000 square feet at the900,000-square-foot office tower. The asking rent for the space was$70 per square foot.
