UNION CITY, CA-Sealed Air Corp. is relocating from a118,000-square-foot facility in Hayward to a smaller space in UnionCity. The company has signed a lease for 38,000 square feet at 2877Volpey Way in Alvarado Business Park.
In Union City, Sealed Air will maintain storage as well asdistribution operations. In the lease transaction the tenant wasrepresented by Todd Severson from Colliers International's Oaklandand the landlord was represented by Sean Sabarese and GreigLagomarsino, also from Colliers.
