LONDON-Ticketmaster UK has signed a 12-year lease for 47,700square feet at 10-4 Pentonville Road in London. The company leasedthe office space from Derwent London. It will occupy the five upperfloors of 10 Pentonville Road and all of 4 Pentonville Road.
Ticketmaster will pay GBP 1.9 million per year as rent. GlinsmanWeller represented Ticketmaster, while Jones Lang LaSalle andHatton Real Estate advised Derwent London in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
