LONDON-Wincanton Holdings Limited has leased an86,592-square-foot building on the North Feltham Trading Estate inLondon from the Airport Property Partnership (APP), a joint venturebetween Aviva Investors and SEGRO. The company leased the building,called Centra, to service a contract for Morrisons.
The detached distribution facility comprises 6,250 square feetof office space and 80,342 square feet of warehouse space. This isthe largest lease deal signed by APP this year at Heathrow. Forthe full story, go to PropertyMall .
