NEW YORK CITY-Benartex has inked a lease for an8,000-square-foot space on the fourth floor of a 12-story buildinglocated at 132 W. 36th Street. The lease runs for seven years andthe asking rent was in the mid-$30s per square foot. KaufmanOrganization is the owner of the 190,050-square-foot structuresituated between Broadway and Seventh avenues.
