DURHAM, NC-CBRE-Raleigh reported that CBRE leased an11,563-square-foot space in Durham to Tergus Pharma based inTriangle. The property is located at 2810 Meridian Parkway inResearch Triangle Park. The company recently changed its name fromAnalytical Solutions to Tergus Pharma. It has been seeking a newproduction site with larger laboratory space in Research TrianglePark since June 2012.
