SAN FRANCISCO-Boston Properties executives have said thatconstruction on Transbay Tower, a 1,000-foot skyscraper in SanFrancisco, is expected start in 2014. The real estate investmenttrust reported that it had formed a joint venture partnership withHines to develop the tower spanning 1.4 million square feet at 101First St.

The partnership is expecting to close on the acquisition of landin Q1 2013 for $190 million. Douglas Linde, president of BostonProperties, said that skyscraper would likely be completed in 2017.For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
