DALLAS-A fund advised by CBRE Global Investors acquired Tollway Plaza I and II, two class A office buildings totaling 369,408 square feet, from Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust. Though a sales price was unavailable, local reports note that the office buildings could have sold for more than $175 per square foot.

The twin buildings at 15950 and 16000 N. Dallas Pkwy. were built during the late 1990s. The office complex is more than 93% leased to tenants including Sun Microsystems Inc., Travis Wolff LLP, Stewart Title North Texas Inc. and HQ Global Workplaces.
