SHEFFIELD, UK-Hargreaves Services Plc has landed at Capitol Parkin Barnsley. The company has leased 10,000 square feet of Grade Aoffice space at 1 Capitol Court. The property is situated close tothe Junction 37 of the M1 motorway.
Hargreaves will house its Industrial Services division's newheadquarters at the Capitol Park location. Chris Rowlands, acommercial property agent in South Yorkshire, said that theHargreaves deal is the biggest office lease in the Barnsley area inthe past decade.
