SACRAMENTO-The former Riverview apartment building at 626 IStreet is opening today as Edge Water Apartments after two years ofrenovation. In 2009, Sacramento's housing authority received afederal stimulus award to renovate a deteriorating public housingscheme for seniors.
The senior housing complex, located at the corner of 7th and Istreets, has received a $20-million makeover. The project convertedthe 108-unit apartment complex for seniors.
