SEATTLE-Martin Selig Real Estate, a Seattle developer, hastapped CBRE to find tenants for its 635/645 Elliott office propertyon Elliott Bay. The office campus is situated near Myrtle EdwardsPark. Seattle-based Dendreon inked a letter of intent to take 635Elliott, a 191,000-square-foot building, in spring 2010, but thedeal fell through.
