HOUSTON-The Houston Business Journal has shifted its officesfrom the Park Towers situated on the West Loop South to 5444Westheimer in Houston's Galleria area. The newspaper has taken the17th-floor space in Suite 1700 at the 380,000-square-foot officebuilding.
In January, Tanglewood Property Group, based in Houston, spent$15 million to refurbish the building. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.represented HBJ and CBRE Inc. represented the landlord in the11,000-square-foot deal. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
