NEW YORK CITY-Clifton Budd & DeMaria has inked a15,000-square-foot lease at the Empire State Building for an askingrent of $55 per square foot. The lease for the 61st floor spaceruns for 10 years. The law firm, which currently leases at 420Lexington Avenue, will occupy the new space in Q2 2013.
In the transaction, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Ryan Kass andWilliam Cohen brokered for the building, while Cushman &Wakefield's Franklin Speyer and William Fressle brokered for thetenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
