NEW YORK CITY-Clifton Budd & DeMaria has inked a15,000-square-foot lease at the Empire State Building for an askingrent of $55 per square foot. The lease for the 61st floor spaceruns for 10 years. The law firm, which currently leases at 420Lexington Avenue, will occupy the new space in Q2 2013.
