LOS ANGELES-Colliers International has promotedDwight Hotchkiss to president of brokerageservices, USA. Hotchkiss, who joined Colliers in 2010, was formerlyexecutive managing director of the group.
In his new role, Hotchkiss will work to further elevate thefirm’s US brokerage platform through the development of practicegroups, service lines and other client-facing strategies. He willalso tighten the focus on business development and recruiting keytalent for the group as it continues to expand.
