CHARLESTOWN, MA-PHT Corp. has renewed and expanded its corporateheadquarters lease at 500 Rutherford Avenue, where it occupied a37,000-square-foot space. As per the lease expansion, the companyhas added another 42,633 square feet to have room for growth. Otherterms of the lease were not revealed. Hood Business Park LLC is theowner of the three-story building spanning 300,000 square feet inthe Hood Business Park.
