PELL CITY, AL-The Bennett Group has completed a $15.8-millionrenovation of a rental community in Pell City. The group convertedthe community into townhomes and multifamily houses and reopenedthe 72-unit Jubilee community on November 8.
The community is located at 700 Jubilee Circle. Enterprisesupplied $13.3 million in equity for the Pell City project. TroyBank and Trust provided a $10-million construction loan and theAlabama Multifamily Loan Consortium provided a $2.6-millionpermanent financing for the project.
