ST. LOUIS-Developers are breaking ground on a $106-millionredevelopment of Northwest Plaza, a retail center in St. Ann. TheSt. Louis Business Journal reported that NWP LLC, a unit created byRaven Development, closed on the 1.8-million-square-foot shoppingcenter this summer.

The 122-acre property was listed for $10 million and it wasnearly vacant at closing. Raven Development, led by brothers Davidand Bob Glarner, obtained financing for the redevelopment fromGreat Southern Bank. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
