NEW YORK CITY-The Federal Emergency Management Agency has signeda short-term lease for a 200,000-square-foot space at Forest HillsTower to house its New York City headquarters. As per the deal,short-term lease renewals can be executed as an option. FEMA willoccupy 10 floors in the 17-story Class A office tower spanning375,000 square feet at 118-35 Queens Blvd. in Forest Hills,Queens.
