AUSTIN, TX-Hanover Co., a multifamily developer based inHouston, is preparing to break ground soon on a planned apartmentproject just south of the well-known Uchi restaurant on South LamarBoulevard. The Austin American-Statesman reported that the newproject, Hanover South Lamar, will start later this month and willbe finished in fall 2014.
The Hanover South Lamar project will comprise 340 apartmentunits, 6,000 square feet of office space, a coffee shop, two movietheaters and a clubhouse. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
