BOSTON-Cambridge-based NEPC has leased the top three floorstotaling 43,185 square feet in a 12-story building situated at 255State Street in Boston's Financial District to house itsheadquarters. Terms of the lease were not revealed. At present, thecompany runs its headquarters at One Main Street. Cushman &Wakefield negotiated the deal for both the tenant and theowner.
According to Cushman & Wakefield's Debra Gould, NEPC willoccupy a more modern space in Boston for a lower rent when comparedto Cambridge. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
