NEW YORK CITY- TJ Maxx, MetroOptics Eyewear, and Applebee's havesigned new leases at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center, a285,000-square-foot project being developed in Bronx by SimoneDevelopment Cos. TJ Maxx has leased a 28,417-square-foot space,while MetroOptics Eyewear has inked a 4,131-square-foot lease andApplebee's has signed a 6,640-square-foot lease. Other partners ofthe project include Paul R. Slayton and Aaron Malinsky of CurbcutUrban Partners.
