NEW YORK CITY-A Classic Watch Company Inc. has signed a leaserenewal for its 14,300-square-foot headquarters space at 10 W. 33rdStreet for 10 years. The asking rent for the eighth floor space ofthe 13-story building located between Fifth and Sixth avenues was$39 per square foot. Ten West Thirty Third Associates is the ownerof the 420,000-square-foot building, which has an occupancy rate of100%.
