HOMEWOOD, AL-The Dobbins Group LLC has named its team for a$17-million apartment project in Homewood. Capstone Building Corp.,the general contractor of the project, filed a construction permitthis week for the 135-unit Moretti at Vulcan Park.
The new apartment complex will replace nearly 67 units situatedat the back of the Jefferson County Board of Education facility.Dobbins Group is using LBYD Inc., New Orleans-based Humphreys &Partners and the Birmingham office of Dix.Lathrop & AssociatesInc. for the multifamily project.
