NEW YORK CITY-Tiffany and Co. has increased its lease space at200 Fifth Avenue to 405,489 square feet by signing a57,691-square-foot lease expansion. Asking rent per square foot forthe deal was $85. With this lease expansion, the800,000-square-foot office tower owned by L&L Holding Co. isnow 100% occupied.
