NEW YORK CITY-SL Green Realty Corp. has chosen Kohn Pedersen FoxAssociates, a New York-based architecture firm, to design a hugeoffice building beside Grand Central Terminal. The SL Green projectis planned on block between 42nd and 43rd streets.

If the proposed plan gets approval, SL Green will build askyscraper measuring approximately 1.4 million square feet. Thecompany has also hired Texas-based Hines, Vishaan Chakrabarti andFried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as consultants forthe office project. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
