NEW YORK CITY-Avison Young has been tapped to take over theleasing assignment for 1501 Broadway, also known as the ParamountBuilding. The 700,000-square-foot office tower in Times Squareearlier housed Hollywood's Paramount Pictures.
Levin Properties owns the 31-story tower together with otherinvestors. Arthur Mirante, New York president of Avison Young, willlead the team of brokers to fine tenants for 1501 Broadway.
