NEW YORK CITY-Interpublic Group is on the brink of signing a95,000-square-foot lease expansion at 100 W. 33rd St., a 13-storybuilding owned by Vornado Realty Trust. As per the 15-yearagreement, the advertising firm, which already leases a400,000-square-foot space at the one-million-square-foot building,will occupy the entire fourth floor for an asking rent of $50 persquare foot.
