MORRISVILLE, NC-Red Bull North America's subsidiary, Red BullDistribution Co. has inked a 32,000-square-foot lease at 2700Perimeter Park Drive in Morrisville. A new warehouse anddistribution center will be opened by the company at theMorrisville building. Duke Realty Corp. is the owner and manager ofthe property. In the deal, Duke Realty was represented by itsHooker Manning and Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer's JacksonRives.
