CHARLOTTE, NC-Crescent Resources will start construction nextmonth on a $33.6-million, 320-unit apartment project in UniversityResearch Park in Charlotte. The multifamily project, dubbed CircleAlexander Village, will be built on a 27-acre parcel on SenatorRoyall Drive.
