BOSTON-Berklee College of Music will celebrate the topping offceremony for its $70-million student dorm in Boston today. TheBoston Redevelopment Authority sanctioned the 18-story tower, whichis currently underway at 168 Massachusetts Ave., in 2011.
The 175,000-square-foot student housing facility, which isscheduled to be completed next summer, will comprise 370 beds,4,500 square feet of retail, a two-story dining hall, a fitnesscenter, a music technology center and student lounges. For thefull story, go to Boston Business Journal .
