MANCHESTER, UK-The North West Evergreen Fund has provided a GBP6-million loan to The Carlyle Group and its partners AbstractSecurities and Nikal Developments for the Soapworks redevelopmentin Salford. The investment will support the second phase of the400,000-square-foot office redevelopment of the oldColgate-Palmolive factory within Salford Quays' Media City boundarynear Manchester.
