CHICAGO-The Hunt Club owner is planning to demolish the GoldCoast nightspot and construct a new restaurant and nightclub there.Jim Lasky is partnering with David Pisor to construct a10,500-square-foot building at 1100 N. State St.

The proposed three-story building, called Maple & Ash, willhave restaurant venues on the first two floors and a nightclub onthe mezzanine and the third floor. Construction is slated to lastfor 10 months. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
