BALTIMORE-A Virginia firm is preparing to transform 10 LightStreet, the second-tallest building in Baltimore, into apartments.Reston, Virginia-based Metropolitan Partnership Ltd. bought the34-story, 520,000-square-foot office tower for $6 million inNovember. A statement from the new owner's website reported that 10Light Street will be converted into 445 rental apartments.
The Nellis Corp., which bought the building in 2002 for $5.3million, sold it to Metropolitan Partnership. After conversion, thebuilding's first floor will be used for retail tenants. For thefull story, go to Baltimore Sun .
