SANTA ANA, CA-Developer Michael Harrah is planning to startconstruction on One Broadway Plaza, a 37-story office tower indowntown Santa Ana, by next summer. He announced his plans for the612,000-square-foot building at a Santa Ana City Council meeting onMonday.
