HONOLULU-Alexander & Baldwin reported that KewaloDevelopment LLC, which develops the Waihonua condo tower inHonolulu, has been awarded a $120 million construction loan tofinance a part of the $206 million development. Central PacificBank, Bank of Hawaii, Wells Fargo Bank and First Hawaiian Bank willprovide the loan to construct the 43-story building comprising 341units in Kakaako.
