FRANKFURT-HOCHTIEF Solutions began construction work onBelVista, a residential community in Frankfurt's EuropaviertelWest, in October 2012. The project is handled by HOCHTIEF's twobusiness units, HTP and formart. The complex will feature Belvivo,a residential and commercial building with a 139,931-square-footrentable area, and Belverde, a residential building ensemble with a95,799-square-foot living space. Belvivo was secured by ABGFRANKFURT HOLDING Wohnungsbau- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft as ashare deal in May 2012.
